Website History

On February 3rd, 2006, the website celebrated its fourth anniversary. But the website became inactive in March 2002 due to a mistake that I made regarding some website information, which I will not enclose (and an embarrasment on my part). After some thoughtful consideration with my mother, I was allowed to reopened it. On August 1st, 2004, the website was offically reopened.

Back in the summer of '98, a friend of mine introduced me to Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon (Pretty Suited Soldier Sailormoon). After seeing the show, I became sucked into the Japanese animation world, liking shows like Sailormoon, Pocket Monsters/Pokemon, and the Dragonball series. Around that time, I had an idea to create my own Sailor Senshi team: the Moon Senshi. Then in January 10, 2001, I stumbled across Janelle J.'s website, the Sailormoon Millennia Trilogy, and I decided to create a couple of sequels/spin-offs to her one of her fanfictions, Zodiac. During the early summer of '01, I decided to include references to the shows Power Rangers and the Dragonball series into my story line.

In April '01, I began making the designs for the characters in Moon and started making the first episode of the series through Microsoft Word. In June, I received the HTML knowledge that I needed to create a webpage. On June 18, 2001, I successfully created this website's front page's first layout. Three days later on the 21st of June, I converted both the character descriptions and the sixteen episodes into the HTML format.

On December 31st, 2001, I joined Janelle J.'s forum, which coincided with her website. In February '02, I signed up with Geocities and instantly uploaded all of my webpages, but that was a mistake on my part. In both my character description and profile pages, I included some information that wasn't mine. In March '02, after a talk with my mother, we decided that it would be best to close it down, which was down for 2 1/2 years.

Back in late July of '04, I consulted with my mother about reopening the website. She agreed to let me reopen it. After careful planning of the website's reopening, on August 1st, 2004, the website was officially reopened. Though, I was considering taking out Janelle's material and during the summer of '05, I made my decision to take out her characters; however, I still planned to keep the website's name, The Sailormoon Trilogy.

And at the same time, I was considering closing my website down because I had lost interest in it all together, and I thought it would be best for me to focus on the more important things like school, family, friends, home, and a life outside of the cyber world. But after thoughful consideration, I decided to keep the website up because I wanted to stay commited to the fanfiction, for any fans whom happen to like my fanfiction, and I too want to know how it'll end. Though, I decided to cut down the website to only one fanfiction, Sailormoon Moon, because I want to just focus on one fanfiction at a time. Besides, It'll make things easier on my mind and life. And on December, 31st, 2005, I announced that the website would stay up and later the following week, I cut down the website to one fanfiction, Sailormoon Moon.
